Once we have received details of the design and item you have chosen, together with the name for personalization, we will make up your product and then send you a link to it. If you are happy with the personalized design and would like to order, then simply add it to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout as normal.
We will try to respond to any personalization enquiries within 2 working days.
